Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa (cooked)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
